FAQs

Is there parking nearby?
Yep ! we have own parking space behind building.
Do you have a mat?
Yep! We offer (eco-friendly) mat rental at $3 each.
l have an injury. Can I still participate?
Each case will be unique for everyone. We always recommend that you consult with your family physician first prior to taking a class. That way, we can help provide modification and/or class recommendation. Feel free to connect with us or have a chat with one of our wonderful teachers regarding your injury before taking a class.
l’m not that flexible. Can l still do yoga?
Absolutely! This is the biggest  misconception out there about yoga. Yoga is not about how flexible you are. It's a about strengthening your body, reconnecting with the breath and increasing your range of motion.  
What should l wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Common yoga wear for the ladies are leggings and for the men, shorts or jogging pants. Bring your mat, maybe some extra clean clothes and a flexible mind.
l’m new to yoga. What classes do you recommend?
The Healing yoga, Therapy yoga, Hatha yoga, Restorative yoga.
